Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the affected people in UK. Riots are caused by frustration and anger, but tend to bring out an ugly side of the rioters loosing their senses going to extreems. We hope and pray that they will come to their senses asap and peace once again will prevail on the streets. Be safe out there…..

Sunday streams.
Started my quiet Sunday morning with a yoga lesson, got stretched out and stressed down. Nice way to begin the last day of my vacation - can’t really complain though, have had 5 weeks with absolutely all the free time I wanted.
Haven’t opened a school book, made year plans for lessons or felt any sort of inclination towards preparing myself for the next year. Well done me! I’ll...
