Almost there
It’s almost here, the weekend - so close I can almost taste, feel, live it! Looking forward to it, spending it with girlfriends at a summer house close to the sea. Will be doing a lot of talking, laughing, eating, drinking, breathing in fresh air. Possibly gossiping a little as well…

goodmorning folks. It’s a shady, grey sky this morning and pretty cold outside. Not very tempting to venture out but I’m gonna do it anyway!
break and enter...
well, woke up this morning and saw I’d had intruders in my cellar - broken glass everywhere, things tossed around, cupboards opened. Weird to see. Weird also that basically nothing is missing. Well, except 2 boxes of candy! Strange, very strange. The window that was broken is extremely small so the intruder is either very, and I am mean very, limber or it was a child… And since candy...

So today is the International Women’s Rights Day. Must admit that today it doesn’t really hit home; after work I’ve been cleaning the house, sorting the washing, grocery shopping and preparing to cook dinner later… not very liberated … or?!?! But of course the difference and point is, it’s my choice!

Get it done
Right, it’s the middle of the week and things need to be done. Such as house cleaning (boring), car washing (urghh), food making for colleagues tomorrow (whatever), work preparations (really…?), and the list goes on and on and on… So I need to get it together and get moving, get it done.
Songs to help me get going will be appreciated - up-tempo songs that won’t slow me...
